As OE official supplier, validated and certified BAGEN quality is well above the automotive standard market requirements.

SAB Automotive have setup a Laboratory and test facility according to requirement of ISO 17025 standard. BAGEN IATF 16949 certification cover all our quality, design, test, validation and manufacturing processes. Bureau Veritas certified us not only as manufacturer but also as Co-designer. Certification by Bureau Veritas to IATF 16949 demonstrates that our organization is committed to quality and prepared to take on today’s complex, rapidly evolving market.

--All equipments used in manufacturing process measurement and testing of steering and suspension systems are according to international standards and described in the SAB Automotive Laboratory Manual.

--Laboratory documentation include international standards, technical documents for measurement and test equipments, calibration certificates, employee training certificates, material and product specifications, reports of test and measurement results, full traceability records and emergency plans.

BAGEN FMEA and Safety regulation

Project Management Process per product include Work Flow Chart, DFMEA, PFMEA and Control Plans.

During the DFMEA and PFMEA process, all Special Characteristics are set (Safety, Critical, Functional, Pass-Through) for product and processes.

All special characteristics are placed in Work Flow Charts, PFMEAs and Control Plans. During production special controls, SPCs or poka-yokes are applied for all special characteristics. BAGEN control plans cover the controls of raw material, incoming parts, sub material and final part.
